IMPORTANT SHIPPING DEADLINES:
Thursday, February 27, 2025 – Shipments can begin to arrive at the hotel
Saturday, March 1, 2025 – Last day for shipments to arrive
All handling fees must be paid for your items to be delivered to your table. Please email Deborah Brazle at deborah.brazle@hilton.com and copy Caroline Whitaker at cwhitaker@royalmedia.com to confirm your fees are paid.
