Sumeet Grover serves as the Chief Digital & Marketing Officer for Alliant Credit Union, heading enterprise-wide digital, marketing, member experience and product functions for deposits, consumer lending, retirement and investments. He is responsible for digital and marketing strategies, digital product management, digital transformation and operations, relationship expansion, marketing, acquisitions, brand, public relations and communications for the leading digital financial institution. Alliant, one of the largest credit unions in the United States, has recently been recognized as the best in the industry by the Wall Street Journal, CNBC, Kiplinger, Bankrate, Nerdwallet, CNET and more.

Before joining Alliant, Sumeet had a nearly two-decade career at Citibank, during which time he held leadership positions across marketing, digital, client experience, operations and technology functions.

As a visionary leader, advisor, and board member, Sumeet has a proven track record of heading cross-functional global teams, developing and executing strategic roadmaps, delivering exceptional customer experiences, maximizing business growth, accelerating digital transformation, optimizing performance and generating long-term value.

Sumeet specializes in digital strategies, full-funnel marketing, customer experiences, brand management, organic and paid channels, omnichannel marketing, media, content, communication, personalization, marketing operations, MarTech, data and digital capabilities.

He is a dynamic speaker sharing insights on marketing strategies, digital innovation, customer centricity, and advanced technologies at various events such as industry conferences, webinars, and podcasts. Sumeet is regularly featured in American Banker, PYMNTS and other industry-wide publications. Sumeet has been recognized for his work by his peers with industry accolades, including a Fellowship from The Marketing Academy.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, a Master’s in Business Administration, and executive certifications from The Wharton School, Columbia Business School and the Yale School of Management.
