Steve serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of 22^nd State Bank, as well as FEB Bancshares Inc.  He spends most of his time on strategic development and corporate governance, but is ultimately responsible for all facets of the bank and its subsidiaries. During his tenure at the Bank, he and his team have completely revamped the culture and ultimately the brand originally created over 100 years ago.  The Bank has developed a new management team, made infrastructure investments, acquired another Community Bank, opened four financial subsidiaries and relocated its executive headquarters to its first metro market, Mobile, AL.  These initiatives have resulted in substantial growth, improvements to staff development and numerous customer service enhancements.

Prior to joining the Bank, Steve held various senior management positions at several Alabama based Banks ranging in size from $130M in total assets to over $1T in total assets. Steve is a native of Montgomery, AL. He holds a BS degree in finance from Auburn University at Montgomery, as well as a graduate degree in Banking from the University of Pennsylvania and a leadership certificate from the Wharton Business School. Steve resides in Mobile, AL with his wife and two children.
