Steve Devine is a Senior Vice President and Head of Payables in Citizens’ Treasury Solutions Division. Steve’s team is responsible for the strategic direction, product management, product development, profitability, and promotion of Citizens’ integrated payables, ACH, Wire Transfer, Real Time Payments, EDI, Cash Concentration, Reconciliation, and Controlled Disbursement products.   

Steve represents Citizens in a number of payment related industry groups including Nacha, The Clearing House’s RTP and ACH Business Committees, and the Federal Reserve’s Faster Payments Task Force. Steve has been involved in treasury management for 25+ years. 

Steve has a BA in Economics from Stonehill College and an MBA from Bentley University.
