Sovan Shatpathy is the Chief Technology Officer of Navy Federal’s Enterprise Technology Services group. Sovan’s Division helms Navy Federal’s digital transformation. His guidance has accelerated NFCU’s journey in providing members a seamless, omnichannel experience across physical and digital channels, and propelled Digital Workforce and Workplace Strategy, driving employee enablement, productivity, and engagement. Prior to Navy Federal Credit Union, Sovan has held executive and senior leadership roles within Fortune 500 organizations, including Amtrak, Cisco, Fujitsu, Oracle, 3M, and Cognizant. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology and his MBA from Symbiosis International University, where he specialized in Management Information Systems.
