Percival Cerezo is the Vice President of Remote Services at Star One Credit Union with responsibilities for planning, organizing, and guiding the Credit Union’s Remote Services department which includes the Call Center, Card Services operations (credit, debit, and ATM cards), and Web Services, such as the Star One Public Website and digital banking services. Additionally, he oversees the development and maintenance of new product and service offerings.  

Percival was an integral leader in launching innovative payment solutions such as Zelle and FedNow at Star One Credit Union. He is involved in several FedNow Workgroups for fraud and alias-based payments and serves on the Payments Advisory Committee for Early Warning. 

Percival has over 17 years of experience in the financial industry, and over 14 years of which was held in various leadership positions at various credit unions. 

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Santa Clara University. 

Percival resides in California with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys traveling with his family to their favorite spots in California such as South Lake Tahoe and the central coast beaches. Percival is an avid pickleball player, participating in a few local tournaments and looking for opportunities to play in different pickleball facilities across the country. Percival is a major Bay Area sports fan, supporting many of his favorite teams (Golden State Warriors, San Francisco Giants, San Jose Sharks, San Francisco 49ers).
