Nick Nadgauda is the Global Head of Services Technology. He leads an organization responsible for building and providing strategic technology solutions to support the Services business, which includes integrated Securities Services, Payments, Liquidity Management, short term financing and Trade Finance solutions to multinational corporations, financial institutions, public sector organizations and increasingly to mid-corporates with global needs.

Prior to joining Citi in 2004, Nick was the Vice President of Professional Services for Confluent Software, a company specializing in web-services management that was eventually acquired by Oracle, and was also the co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Invertica, a software company specializing in web-services and integration middleware.  He began his career with Motorola’s Corporate Research Labs working on wireless communication algorithms and holds six patents in the space.

Nick has a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and a Master of Science from the University of Michigan.  He grew up in Staten Island, New York and now resides in Chatham, New Jersey with his wife Elena, a child clinical psychologist, and their two children, Sofia and Lucas.
