With 25 years of experience leading technology transformations for large enterprises, Goli has a proven track record in building software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications, leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), and managing digital initiatives across diverse industries. He is passionate about fostering cultures of innovation in global businesses and is committed to promoting diversity, inclusion, and leadership development across his teams.

Goli holds multiple patents and excels at leading cross-functional teams in complex environments. Prior to Iron Mountain, he held leadership roles at FCM, LLC, and Nielsen, and began his career as a software engineer. He holds an MSc in Computer Science and a BSc in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry from Andhra University.
