Matthew has over a decade of experience working on enterprise strategy and leading enterprise programs with a focus on data and technology delivery. He currently leads the AI and Intelligent Automation team at PNC bank, which focuses on how PNC can leverage AI and automation to enable operational efficiency, reimagine the customer experience, and create new products. During his time with PNC, he and his team have doubled the value of AI and automation solutions annually for five straight years by building custom machine learning applications, as well as creating platform strategy and delivery teams focused on robotic process automation, document AI, and virtual assistants.
