Mr. Hubbard currently serves as the President & CTO of Archway Software, a Fintech company that was spun out of WaFd Bank in 2022. Archway Software supports banks that are undergoing digital transformation by providing an integration platform and flexible user experiences that span all banking channels.   

Prior to Archway, Mr. Hubbard spent over 3 years building out a platform for WaFd Bank to power their client’s digital journeys across web, mobile, voice, chat, call center and in-branch. Prior roles include CTO at an InsureTech that was sold to American Family Insurance and over 15 years heading up software engineering projects at Microsoft.
