Michael Reynolds

Business Technology Senior Manager of Service Digitization at KeyBank

Michael Reynolds is the Business Technology Senior Manager for Service Digitization responsible for two Robotic Process Automation platforms, Automation Anywhere and UiPath as well as the exploration and adoption of the Enterprise Low Code platform Outsystems.  Mike’s teams operate under Agile principles and have delivered over 225 automated processes since 2019.  The BOT workforce executes the work equivalent to 380 employees every day and continues to expand at a rate of 15 new processes every month.   

In previous positions at Key, Mike was the Domain Manager for Real Estate Capital & Syndications and was responsible for the technology solutions associated with origination and servicing commercial real estate loans valued in excess of $250 Billion.  The diversified portfolio spans across several capital sources including On Balance sheet, CMBS, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, LIHTC, Private Label and Government Lending. Prior to assuming his current role, Michael served as a technical guide and resource manager for Key Equipment Finance, KeyBank Risk and KeyBank Real Estate Capital.  His current systems responsibilities include Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning, CLS, Loan IQ, Argus, Risk Rating Application, CJC Closer, McCracken Strategy, RECWeb, Investor/Borrower Key2CRE, document scanning applications and optimizing storage within those systems.   

Mike’s technical background includes experiences at Hallmark, Sprint, Intel, AT&T, Step1 Technical Training group and GoldBank.   Mike received degrees from Missouri Southern State University, Universidad de Salamanca, Spain and attends numerous courses at different colleges to this day. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Applied Statistics and Analytics from the University of Kansas. 

Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with his family and is a frequent attendee of softball games, archery competitions and loves to train dogs for AKC field trials.
