The BAS app will be the most important tool on-site, so it is extremely important you download and log in prior to the event. The app will host your schedule, the list of attendees and your way to stay up to date onsite.

Bank Automation Summit Check-In Reminder

For a smooth check-in at the Bank Automation Summit, please have your QR code ready. Your QR code is located on the homepage of the Bank Automation Summit mobile app and is required for event entry and badge pickup.

We recommend opening the app and locating your QR code before arriving to expedite the check-in process. If you have any trouble accessing it, our team is happy to assist.

The Hilton Nashville Downtown located in downtown Nashville next to Bridgestone Arena and across from the Country Music Hall of Fame.

CHECK IN INFORMATION

  • Check-in is at 4:00 p.m.
  • Check-out is at 12:00 p.m.
  • Late Check-out Fees: $100.00. 25% after 1pm, 50% after 2pm, 75% after 3pm, 100% after 4pm of daily rate

PARKING

  • Self-parking is NOT available
  • Valet parking: $61
  • EV Charging: On-site

BADGE POLICY

Official conference name badges must be visible at all times for entrance to the cocktail reception and all conference sessions. Your badge is proof of registration; without it, you will not be allowed to participate in any conference activities. There are no exceptions to this policy. 

DRESS CODE

Business Casual Dress is recommended.  Since meeting room temperatures may vary, we recommend you bring a sweater or jacket to the sessions. 

REGISTRATION HOURS

Registration will take place on the Mezzanine Level of the Hilton, in the Volunteer Ballroom Foyer.
