She has an extensive history of delivering the next generation of capabilities across customer data, eCommerce, conversational commerce and data sciences. She has built large, secure and regulated platforms realizing a cumulative $500MM+ in technology transformations. Lekha has been a pioneer of cutting-edge technology solutions (Blockchain, Virtual Reality, Web3) that create industry 1st products and holds multiple patents.   

She is a passionate technology educator especially in mentoring new hires, business and technology teams. She is also mentor for single women owned businesses.
