Jennifer Taylor is SVP, Head of Commercial Digital at Axos Bank, responsible for leading the development of new digital banking platforms.

Prior to joining Axos Bank, Ms. Taylor served as Head of Digital Banking at Pacific Western Bank where she defined the bank’s digital strategy and roadmap and grew a team to seventeen team members. She served as Global Head of Digital Channels and Data Marketing & Digital Marketing, Treasury and Trade Solutions at Citigroup where she owned the commercialization and marketing for two flagship brands, CitiDirect BE® and CitiConnect®.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
