Dominic Cugini is the Chief Transformation Officer at KeyBank, responsible for providing leadership and strategic thinking to drive the expansion of Digitization, Hyperautomation, and KeyBank’s ability to respond to market changes.   

The team’s focus is to; generate bold ideas, modernize how we deliver value, and to create energy and excitement for change.  

Our mission: To support KeyBank in adapting modern business and technology practices to achieve KeyBank’s vision of financial wellness for our clients and business.   

Dominic joined Key in 2006 and has held several leadership positions in Technology and Operations, most recently as the Domain CIO of Service Digitization.  Where Dominic along with his team created a hyperautomation journey which increased the velocity of delivery business value for KeyBank.  Prior to KeyBank, Dominic held various leadership positions at National City Bank and Metro Media Technologies. He is active in Key’s commitment to the community, as demonstrated through his continued volunteer work with the Business Volunteer Unlimited, Cleveland United Way and the Summit County Board of Health. 

Dominic grew up in Richfield, OH, and is a graduate of Revere High School. He has a Business Management degree from John Carroll University and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.  Dominic and his wife, Melissa, reside in Richfield and enjoy hiking, yoga and golf.
