Tracie joined KeyBank in August 2021 as a Senior Vice President (SVP) Service Digitization Leader within the Key Technology, Operations and Services (KTOS) organization. In this role, Tracie provides strategic direction and consultative services across all segments within KeyBank focused on improving the client and employee experience. She leads a team of Process Engineers responsible for process optimization and the enablement of digitization.
Tracie has over 23 years of experience in Information Technology spanning multiple industries such as financial services, insurance, automotive and government. Engineering is Tracie’s background with a dual degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University (OSU) where she was also a collegiate athlete in Track & Field. She loves giving back to her community and is a member of several organizations such as National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE), Women in Technology International (WITI) and BlackTech_614.
An important aspect of Tracie’s life is her 19-year-old son, Cameron, who is a Sophomore at the University of Akron. Raising him as a single Mom, work-life balance is important to Tracie as well as giving back to the community. Tracie serves on several boards including The Ohio State University Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) Advisory Council, Move To PROSPER and her own non-profit, DNA Rising. There Tracie is the Vice President whose mission is to provide adequate housing for distressed Veterans and single Mothers within the inner cities of Cleveland, Ohio.
