Nick Kieffer

Senior Vice President of Customer Service at Simmons Bank

Nick Kieffer serves as the senior vice president of Customer Service for Simmons Bank, a Mid-South based financial holding company which operates more than 200 branches in Arkansas, Missouri, Tennessee, Texas, Oklahoma and Kansas. With more than 25 years of banking industry experience, Nick oversees strategic direction of Simmons Bank’s Customer Service unit, creating efficiencies that improve customer experience. Prior to joining Simmons Bank in 2020, Nick led channel and product development for Landmark Bank overseeing more than 100 bankers which included at times marketing, data analysis and training. While at Landmark, Nick developed and implemented a variety of retail banking strategies, managed customers’ needs amidst a growing digital landscape, led one of the industry’s first mass deployments of video teller technology and co-led development of the bank’s first strategic plan. He’s a graduate of the University of Missouri Columbia and of the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at SMU with a distinction in Leadership. An avid volunteer, Nick has served in various leadership roles at his church and several other not for profit groups in the community.
