Hemal Nagarsheth is an Associate Partner at Kearney. In this role, Hemal is a senior leader in the Financial Institutions Group advising executives on Banking and Payments topics at leading organizations spanning Networks, Banks, Central Banks/Industry Consortia, and Retailers.
Hemal has been with Kearney for over 10 years and has focused on supporting firms globally to bring new products to market, drive execution of large programs, and improve operational efficiency. Hemal particularly focuses on the intersection of technology and innovation with banking and payments. He has helped organizations across both consumer and business-to-business payments as well as deposits and lending products and processes. Much of his work with industry-leading organizations has centered on engaging broadly within markets to advance new capabilities and platforms for the benefit of the industry at-large.
Prior to his roles at Kearney, Hemal held various leadership roles at Dell Inc. overseeing global platforms, system architecture and design for enterprise software to support Manufacturing and Supply Chain growth, and efficiency improvement.
Hemal graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science. He also holds a MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
